Q: Do you need a membership to join the Mandell JCC Valley Sports & Community Center?
A: No membership is required. Instead, we operate as an a la carte facility. We are open to everyone and all are welcome. An annual registration fee is required for programs running 3 or more weeks. This is a $25 per participant fee (max of $60 for family) and is good September 1 - August 31. Q: What kind of courts do you offer? A: We offer 4 indoor basketball courts (middle school gym regulations), 2 indoor basketball courts (high school gym regulation), 4 indoor volley ball courts and 4 batting cages ranging 70 ft. long. We also offer all baseball/softball amenities, including pitching machines, L-Screen, balls, bats, helmets and more. |

Q: Are there any additional amenities?
A: The Mandell JCC Valley Sports & Community Center also includes a program room for rentals, meetings and birthday parties, a lobby with viewing window for relaxing and waiting, complete with chairs, tables and children's play area. For convenience, we offer a concessions stand with drinks and snacks available for purchase.

Late Sign Ups –
- Grades K-12 - Participant can enroll after a session has started, if there is room in the class. To ensure a spot and to get the most out of a session, we strongly recommend signing up prior to the start date.
- Pre School Classes – Due to shorter sessions, the younger ages of these participants, and the importance for consistency in programming, we do not accept registration after the second week of the session.
Refunds
- There will be no refunds for missed classes. If the Mandell JCC Valley site cancels a class due to inclement weather, we will prorate the following session or a class refund will be given.
- No refunds will be given with less than 7 days notice before a program begins.
- If your child cannot continue a session due to medical reasons, a refund will be issued for the remaining class(s) once a doctor’s note is provided.
- The one time annual registration fee is non-refundable
Age Groups
- Our classes and clinics are split up by age groupings. A child cannot be enrolled in or moved up/down to an older or younger age group unless they have permission from the class instructor.
